Beth Biggs
Executive Director
Beth joined our team in 2019 with over 11 years experience working with Family Promise of Montgomery. Beth has brought so much to our program and community, serving on the board of our local Continuum of Care (COC), leading the homelessness task force meetings in Baldwin County, and implementing necessary changes to "fill the gaps" for those in need of services in our community.

Estella Lee
Housing Stability Case Manager
Estella Lee joined Family Promise in August 2023, bringing her passion for making a difference in the lives of families with children experiencing homelessness. Currently pursuing her Master's degree in Social Work at Troy University, Estella is dedicated to leveraging her education and skills to provide impactful case management services.
As a devoted advocate for the community, Estella is actively involved with Make-A-Wish Alabama and Rapahope, embodying her commitment to creating positive change beyond the confines of her professional responsibilities. Her academic pursuit and hands-on experience empower her to address the complex challenges faced by families in crisis.

Charlotte Cox
Administrator
Charlotte joined our team in November of 2021, eager to serve our community. She is responsible for coordinating office administrative duties ensuring Family Promise of Baldwin County has the resources and tools we need to accomplish our mission, ending homelessness.

Caroline Luck
Housing Stability Intern
​Caroline joined Family Promise in August of 2024. She provides services to families looking for housing stability and rental assistance.
Previously Caroline has worked with the Federal Defenders doing legal social work and with the Public Health Department. She also has experience with adults and children with special needs. She is attending Samford University receiving her Masters in Social Work. Caroline enjoys the beach, reading, and gardening.
